Saw some interesting things from facebook ><
ways to on diet :D
1.) 很少吃速食 ( eat less junk food)
2.) 每天至少喝8杯水 (drink 8 glasses of water)
3.) 每天吃5-6小餐(即少量多餐) (eat 5~6 meal but eat less)
4.) 常吃一樣的健康食物 (eat healthy food)
5.) 喜歡吃蔬果 (love to eat vegetable and fruits)
6.) 細嚼慢嚥 (eat slowly??@@ i dun understand sorry)
7.) 運動後有補充蛋白質的習慣 (after exercise remember to replace the protein that lose)
8.) 睡前3小時不吃東西 ( 3 hours be4 sleep, NO FOOD!)
